The download file needs to be opened, by clicking on it. This will eventually start Office 365 re-install.
Step 4- Turn-off Antivirus Software
To turn off any Antivirus Software, follow the correct steps to uninstall your antivirus software.

Please note- You need to reinstall the Antivirus once you have installed Office setup. And turn it on again.
