Create and spare a message as a layout, and afterward reuse it when you need it. New data can be included before the format is sent as an email message.
On the Home menu, click New E-mail.

Console alternate route To make an email message, press CTRL+SHIFT+M.
In the message body, enter the substance that you need.
In the message window, click File > Save As.
In the Save As discourse box, in the Save as sort list, click Outlook Template.
In the File name box, type a name for your format, and afterward click Save.
